Hi Dr Risk, I had looked at the chart of ORCL over the weekend and noticed that it had completed a 50% retracement of the oct 98 to feb 99 move. But i have also seen plenty of stocks go to the 62-68% line. I must confess that i am not much of a bottom picker. My preference is for stocks with an RS over 90 and within 15% of their highs. How do you pick your stocks? What criteria do you use? Indicators? Triggers? Thanks regards peter
