The people at Maxim like the wealth created by their stock options but have no great love for Cap'n Jack..or John as he wants to be known as. No way ADI could swing MAXIM acq. It is a wonder why the millionaire engineers at Maxim haven't started their own companies as they would be very successful. They would probably enjoy working for themselves. Outside of the $$$$$$$$$$ Maxim is a pit to work in.
