Thanks for starting the thread, Razorbak. I'm grateful for the education. :-)

OK, rookie question here: I'm not clear on X4, Market Value of Equity / Book Value of Liabilities. Everything else in the formula is straight forward, but what's "Market Value of Equity"? I gather from the discussion that it's not what I initially thought, i.e. market cap (or some modification thereon like enterprise value).

Thanks for your help (and anyone elses who will set me straight)!
