The warrants expire on March 16. That means that if not converted to shares by then, it is too late. This does not mean that some/all have not been converted already, and are already in the market. They are for .23c and .40c. Obvioussly they will all be converted. If these warrant holders have any desire to cash in, they would crash NIR share price. Naturally they wouldn't want that. It would be in their best interest to wait for a higher, stable price. Currently Napier is aggressively working on the U.S. and European launch of the products. Various gov't environment ministries are already aware of the performance of Napier's products. In Canada and the U.S. With this safe and effective alternative to harsh chemical strippers, any future rulings can only be in our favour. IMHO, we have hit bottom.
