Claude:"I see LInux as much more of a threat to SUN than MSFT." Oh really; Q1: what does Linux run on? A1: hardware. Q2: what does SUNW manufacture? A2: hardware and software. Q3: what does MSFT manufacture? A3: software. Q4: who is most at risk from Linux? A4: MSFT because they don't make hardware. This is the beauty of McNealy's SUNW strategy. They own both the hardware and software and they are thus more "business" flexible.
