Small add-on to previous post:

As I was doing some more homework on this one guess what?
I found the same block on the sell side: Director sold 220,000
shares @$0.19 ($41,800) on 12/2/96. Same URL as previous
post(in Jan. sales).

I'll let my buy order stand for the time being. This looks like end of
the year tax write-off. (31 day re-buy rule). I assume that is the case
here. Appreciate any and all comments, opinions, etc. Thanks.
Will dig for more info, lot of traffic this weekend and info is slow
moving.
