Heisenberg may have slept here...
on a bumper sticker in Berkeley...

Hey friend Luddite...yes porc and Shakespeare. I am not holding up my end of the bicoastal/third coast literary barroom review ...because I haven't been in any recently! Well, there were the two ginger martinis at a posh, well, upscale [yes, really], Vietnamese joint, no graffiti...clean b'rooms, wouldn't you just know. Early music baroque after the ginger...where I did learn Bach fired people all the time. Wagner next day after...no graffiti there either.

Missing an act or two of a Wagner opera, always improves it a bit... some englishman as quoted by composer Ethel Smythe.

Yes, Thomas drunk his way through an American tour...yes...I think I remember reading this. I was contrasting this factoid with the gamutlicheit uncles as Christmas story...art, ungentrified...Speaking of which, was it the Cedar tavern where Kline and Rauschenberg or Stella duked it out...more than metaphysically. I received this bit of imparted culture from a dealer friend who also instructed me that in nyc you look not just around but up and down, esp, for potholes...

best wishes and regards

Nancy
