This is different from a normal reverse split. It is done as a reverse merger. How is it different? Let me esplain it to you. You get 1/6 of your current SCMI shares in HITS shares and your current share count in SCMI still exists in the health care company. It's like getting extra shares distributed in HITS while holding the health care company. I'm keeping mine. jimS
