IJNT INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE NAME CHANGE
TO IJNT.NET EFFECTIVE TODAY
Houston, TX - March 15, 1999: IJNT International (OTC BB: IJNT) today announced that its corporate name change to IJNT.net is effective this morning. The Company noted that its stock symbol remains unchanged.
As the Company previously reported, the name change was undertaken to better reflect IJNT's business as an Internet product-based firm with a variety of Internet access and e-commerce website development services.
With a core operation based on its wireless high-speed Internet access service, the Company is expanding its product and service offering through several successful subsidiaries that are rapidly gaining industry presence and market share in the e-commerce website development, Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), and Internet Services Provider (ISP) sectors.
IJNT.net provides high-speed, wireless Internet access and telephony services to homes and businesses without the use of phone lines. The Company's subscriber base is rapidly growing as the service expands nationwide. IJNT also provides website development and e-commerce services as well as dial-up Internet access throughout the U.S. and internationally. The Company's rapid growth is the result of aggressive marketing and sales, internal development, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
