Peter,

I have three different categories of investments. Long-term bottomed out turnarounds (ie: Z now). Intermediate term trend traders (ie: CMGI) and pure daytraders (ie:COMS) lately. The most difficult by far are the intermediate term trend traders. That is where I have tried to improve my skills and have lost the most money and made the most other then the penny stks. They are the riskiest!

I have waited for the RD SC, GLM and XON's of the world and the Z's to turn of late and feel very confident in them.

I also buy a select group of penny stks that I expect a 10 to one return and a 4 out of six loosing ratio. Those are long-term very risky an very painful investments.

As to TA I am an admitted moron and try to friday and monday morning quaterback all my trades with it. It has unequivocally made me a more disciplined purchaser of stk. I like Money flow and momentum indicators and use MACD as a bible to buy a stk I want and will now wait until the chart is favorable. My Due diligence and the state of a company are key to my interpretation of their charts as well as the sector they are in. RSI and %K are favorite timing tools that are naturals for me since I am a contrarian at heart who has jumped too early in the past. TA really helps me not to do this anymore.

For me the best teacher is reviewing stks in play with others getting their opinions as to TA, product line and mgmt. and looking at their products and trying them.

TA for me is a constant in the background that filters my raving into a more disciplined perspective. I am however not a fanatic that only trades TA or finds his stks through TA.

Maybe I will become one with all of Richard's and David's support.

Difficult question but hope I gave you some perspective on how I try to integrate a lot of information. Most importantly for me is to never trade without Level II and a fast execution package. MM's behavior means a lot to me. Any way FWIW
