My read of the Level II time and sales.

Last week LOCK pressed lower on little or no volume. Most days under 100K shares, or only about $150K. Currently Large blocks sitting at the bid waiting for the weak hands to fall. No news expected before April, so look for another low volume dip followed by large blocks of bids.

Smart money seems to be pushing the price down and then eating up the shares. I am still long and will keep my shares until news in April moves me one way or the other.

If agreement with old distributor is canned, look for big jump in price (above 2 3/4 of GSA news).
