NEW YORK, March 15 (Reuters) - CMGI Inc.'s <CMGI.O> managing director Peter Mills said Monday third parties have expressed an interest in Internet portal company Lycos Inc <LCOS.O>.

CMGI, a 20 percent Lycos shareholder, will not support USA Networks Inc.'s <USAI.O> complex merger with Lycos under the agreement's current terms, Mills said, repeating CMGI's earlier position against the deal.
