Bought and sold shares after 3-8-95 are eligible for the class action settlement? That seems incredible to me. If I bought and sold 10,000 shares ten times, then a multiple of 100,000 would be used in figuring out the "dividend"? Hundreds of thousands of shares have passed back and forth since then. Seems like this thing will cause someone to get hoisted on their own petard.
