Just for purposes of comparison, heres the 98 pe's of Smart $'s 10 cheap stocks under $25

20,11,9,16,15,13,15,one is a regional bank w/ no 98 eps guesses),25,10
Muliply any of those by 98 pe multiples by axc's $1.05 and I can't see $7.63 in any of them. And these are the Cheap stocks!
