Do you have basis for that ratio 1:8, or is just a gut feeling based
on the initial offer (1:4.25) and the current stock price ?

In general how would a "re-work" of the deal be handled ? A friend
just received the letter where he has to cast his vote, I did not get
mine yet. As the date comes closer would there be enough time to re-sent a letter with the new offer or are we talking about new deadline.
