I keep thinking (and saying in my posts) that Open Text essentially changed directions from a search engine company to a document management company, and are new to the document management industry. They got LiveLink through a merger, right? What was the record of the company they bought in the document management market? If that company had a decent chunk of marketshare, and a good reputation with customers, then I guess I'm wrong in saying Open Text is a newcomer to doc management.
