For all newbies: Prior to 7/98 the XNET (NASD) symbol was owned by Xcellenet, a $20 stock that was bought by Sterling Commerce. Xin Net then went public in 7/98 & took over the XNET (OTC:BB) symbol. Contrary to info on some posts in SI, the 2 companies are not related at all. Upper price range of Xin Net has never been higher than $1.08 prior to 3/12. Unfortunately, some of the Web sites servers, (Most notably Quicken.com) get confused by the duplication of the symbols and report out info on Xcellenet as if it pertained to Xin Net. Big Charts gives you the choice to chart info on Xcellenet or Xin Net.
