To my way of thinking, $500 should be a good price to test the waters. It is considerably cheaper than a 36" TV or a 20" computer monitor, which is what I'm thinking of competing against. The advantage of helmet (motorcycle style) is that you can create perfect sound insolation and sound imaging. Using this helmet (at the high end) should produce an audio/video experience comparable to Imax. I am sure if curved LCDs are out there yet (I don't see why not) but even if they are not (or if they are too expensive), the same effect may be achieveable by using multiple LCDs in combination with an optical lens (then again, since it will be view from such a close range, it may not be as seamless).

The low end of this, should go for $250. It will allow kids of all ages to play nintendo, while others can watch their TV program. Or it can replace the bedroom TV.

Would you guys feel comfortable with these price ranges?
