Did any other RIG shareholders notice the announcement today that the co. wants to move its incorporation from Delaware to the Cayman islands? The thing that worries me is this line in the news release: << As a result of the reorganization, U.S. stockholders will generally be required to recognize gain, if any, on their Transocean-Delaware shares, but will not be allowed to recognize a loss on those shares.>>
