After attempting to contact Kay Lackey at the SEC enforcement division, another Leah investor contacted me and told me that he had just spoke to her regarding LEAH's predicament.
Very few answers except:
1. This was brought about by a complaint from a shareholder.
2. The complaint led to inquiry, which led to providing reasonable cause to take the action that they did.
3. Not a chance that this will take any less than ten days, most likely more, Even with overwhelming evidence of proper conduct, the initial suspension [of 10 days] will not be lifted.
4. No answer on what will satisfy their reporting requirements. No comment on whether correspondence between LEAH and D&T regarding planned audits, bills for services already rendered, etc. would meet the requirements.

The latest news from Alex Nafanailov is that they will follow the advise of the attorneys, whether or not to issue a press release on this matter.

About #3 above, there seems to be a supreme court decision about whether the SEC can issue another 10 day suspension, will try to find out which way the law says on that. . .

So, unless Leah puts out a press release, our main source for new info will be the SEC, and they are not really talking.
