The two to three weeks is what it takes to get the distributor kits out here in the US also. Products are usually delivered in 7-10 days unless you pay for faster delivery - you can get second day or overnight if you need it. I don't know about how it works in Canada. This business is not a scam. If you have an extensive sales background, you know the bottom line is performance numbers.
