Any valuations done on Winspear that I have seen or that I have done for that matter, give a valuation of zero to the non snap projects. I would expect that the price of the new Winspear would not change with respect to the price of the old Winspear. That isn't to say that the price won't change, only that it won't be because of the split. I would expect "Newco" to hit the market pretty cheap. I would then expect that the market cap sum of Newco and new Winspear to exceed the market cap of the old Winspear, ceteris paribus. At at this rate ceteris paribus is quite a leap!

Cheers
