Could anyone give me some overclocking advice.

I have a 300A (OEM) that will only overclock to 375 (4.5*83.5). My other machine has a 300A which has been overclocked to 450 (4.5*100) for almost 6 months with no problem. I have the Abit BH6 motherboard which I understand is the overclocking board of choice. If I boost the newest chip to 450 my machine locks as soon as I do any intensive tasks. I understand that the OEM (Costa Rica) don't overclock as well. It was suggested by a friend that I boost up the voltage on the board. The present voltage is 2V. Could anyone tell me if adjusting the voltage will help and how much I should boost the voltage. Also, what are the potential problems with boosting the voltage.

Thanks for any replies in advance
