Rande, I am not sure of the arbitrage details, but do have a ?... on 12-15-98 you wrote: TIP: TCIVA, TCIVA, LBTYA and LBTYB will convert directly into the new A T and T Consumer Services stock. I think this will be seen as the Internet side of the company. TUNE and TUNEP convert to LBTYA. So there are ways of buying this new company [merger completion pending] before it even exists. . . considering the risks involved, of course.
