During his Meter Maid career, Wiley B's highly developed psychotic abilities resulted in numerous important arrests, although he was never convicted. His penchant for wearing pumps whilst on Meter Maid duty brought about his termination from the Police Department. He now often dreams of joining forces with Police and Government Agencies around the world using his psychotic abilities to help solve crossword puzzles, whilst jabbering about sordid mysteries.
