Marquee's first public commitment to the project reads....

"NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1998--Classic Golf Corp. (OTC:CSGC) announced Friday that it has signed an
agreement with Marquee Cambridge Golf, the professional golf division of the Marquee Group (AMEX:MRT), as the exclusive
talent provider for the New York Classic Series event.
Marquee Cambridge will contract six major championship winners from the PGA Tour and six playing partners also from the Tour,
to compete as two man teams in the New York Classic Series event in September 1999."

And to date, they are delivering famously....and it is clear as of the signing of the second team that we can expect that the rest of the
teams will follow suit with equal calliber players to fill out the field.

Marquee's second public commitment to the project reads ( a commitment to assistance in enlisting the dollars and cents vehicles
behind the project)........

"NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 13, 1999--Classic Golf Corp. (OTC BB:CSGC) announced Wednesday it has signed an
agreement with The Marquee Group (AMEX:MRT - news), for Marquee to act as the exclusive sales agent for all tournament
sponsorship, hospitality and media sales.
Marquee will also serve as the exclusive sales agent for television rights to the World Champions of Golf tournament (Sept. 13-14,
1999). "

The beauty of the deals Damian has cut with Marquee is that each agency is tied to the efforts of the other. Cambridge enlists players,
attractive high-profile players attract sponsorships and TV media coverage etc. I last spoke with Damian on Fri after his week spent in
Chicago at the sponsorship convention that hosted the Pres of SFX as the keynote speaker. (he is now in NY at Marquee) It is my
understanding that a plethera of deals regarding TV/media media coverage and sponsorships are already well on thier way with no
less than 8 deals very near completion. All this, thru the separate agencies within Marquee are being neg'd in concert with Cambridge
continueing to sort out the field via the different agents associated with selected players....and we know they are performing in top
notch fashion, no reason to believe that the other agencies won't follow suit in thier respective arenas.
