The good news is what the money's for. Haven't studied the financing, but international expansion is absolutely terrific. Aside from news bureaus (cost centers, not profit centers), the current CBS can't get arrested outside of the USA. SPLN's global expansion is a very powerful testament to management's confidence in the future and will shortly be rewarded by the Street. Also suggests that a larger CBS Net initiative is coming.
