Quick-Picks - quick-picks.com

Dear subscriber,

Because of the way subscribers blindly rushed into our last pick on
Friday, placing market orders and causing market makers to inflate the
price (of SETO), we will no longer give a precise time for our picks. We
will e-mail picks out to subscribers during market hours, and then update
our web site after the market close.

We have told our subscribers many times that they should never immediately
purchase our picks, that they should do adequate research, etc., yet still
there was an immediate surge of buying the second we released our pick.

There have been dozens of web sites that have popped up recently that
specialize in 10 second run-ups. We are not one of these. We try our
best to find small cap stocks with extreme potential. We like to see our
stocks increase in price over days and weeks - not seconds and minutes,
and then back down again.

As far as SETO goes, we remain extremely bullish, especially considering
that in the press release which was put out today, Pian stated: "The
preliminary estimates for year ending January 31, 1999 for revenue of $2.8
million with EPS of $.03 , might be understated as we come close to
finalizing the accounts." Not to mention another possible $500,000
contract with ReadRite.

As always, if you have any questions at all, please contact us. Do not be
afraid to ask us questions about trading - no matter how basic or
fundamental.

Best regards,

Paul
