I totally agree. Live in Issaquah, store and parking lot is always full. Not just construction guys either but lots of do-it-yourselfers and women with kids in tow. Imagine when spring comes. The store in Issaquah has a large garden center. Several visits last year they were always busy and lines forming to check out. Eagle DOES rock and at these levels, I am tempted to sell my few shares of INTC to buy more EAGL for better returns. To be honest with you, Home Depot in this area is the only competition and they are scarce and have quit advertising as much as they used to, while EAGL has circulars in the Seattle and Eastside papers on Sunday and large ads during the week. Also, a local firm has just upgraded the stock to 'BUY' with a target of $30 in 1-2 years. Yup, that be all. Joel
