The new undisputed Stock Pick is...

ABFG

American Benefits Group (OTC BB:ABFG)

Ever go to a mall and spend half an hour to find a parking space? Then when you do it is about a mile away from the mall and it
takes you another 10 minutes to walk to the mall. But the worst is yet to come. You wait 30 minutes for a store clerk to help
you, and when he finally does and you choose what you want, you find out the line is a 4 hour wait?

Well, there is finally a company who is going to solve that problem. Many people have been taking advantage of e-commerce
in the last couple of months. People are now able to shop at home for everything from groceries to books. But there is yet to
be a site that brings you the same atmosphere as a mall. Until now…

American Benefits Group has produced a site at rodeoisland.com . They started off a few years back mining gems
in Madagascar, but decided that they can expand on that idea. They have 2 ways they bring in money. First they get money
whenever they merge, or acquire a company. They get money from the products that they sell. Second they also bring in
money through the gems. The book value of the company is expected to be about .53 but with the gems it should be about
1.50.

But many people enjoy going to the mall. You get to walk through the halls and look at windows etc… Well, they are bringing
the atmosphere to you. It is all in 3d! Like walking through an actual mall.

Jerry G. Mikolajczyk, president of ABFG, plans to have acquired over 100 different companies by the year 2005 and bring in a
total revenue of about $776 million. They are even in the works of making alliances with big names such as Amazon (Nasdaq:
AMZN).

They are planning on releasing approximately 1-2 news article a week for awhile. They are currently in the works of finishing
up their audited numbers and they should be available in about 45 days. They are expecting of having earnings of about 45¢ a
share. That is extraordinary, compared to other e-commerce sites such as Amazon.

Why is the share price so low? Many shorters have been aboard ABFG since about 6. They look as though they are getting
ready to cover at about .50 or so. When that happens we could see a big bounce. Considering the float is only about 2 million.

The site was taken down after the first few hours of their debut due to the amount of people who were visiting the site. They
are working on expanding their bandwidth and it should be up again soon. They are hoping to bring in over 1 million it's a day
as soon as they start getting settled. Making it into an excellent buyout position for big companies.

Kelly Kellner, once a shareholder who bought several hundred thousands of shares at about 2.5 and liked the company so
much he became part of the IR, will be making several Television appearance to promote the company. There is also a major
e-commerce meeting being held soon and he was asked to be a speaker. That should increase the popularity greatly with the
e-commerce world and sign up many more stores. Also they are expecting some big buyers coming this week.

I think this company is an excellent long-term pick. Please do NOT turn this into a short term play. This company has got some
real potential. For more information contact Kelly Kellner at 1-888-533-4555. Tell him where you heard about it too. He is a very
friendly guy. Again, please do your own DD.
