I don't know where you can find it on the internet. It's a 14 page legal pleading labeled "NOTICE OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF CLASS ACTION AND DERIVATIVE ACTION". On the last page it states that questions may be directed to Pamela S. Tikellis, Esq, at (302)656-2500 or Jeffrey G. Smith, Esq. at (212)545-4600.
