As a former shareholder of ASND I saw a lot of insider selling at every opportunity for the insiders to exercise their options. It made me leave the stock at 50% of today's levels. That cost me a lot of potential profit!!! I am saying that in tech companies, it is not uncommon for management to take stock options as merely additional compensation and not a investment as you or I might look at it. Check out ASND's insider selling. You would not have known that the LU was coming. They must have just seen it as money for the taking.
