I'm not much of a "guesser" when it comes to target prices, but the attached chart would suggest that once the price stabilizes at about 60 cents, it then has not much resistance to additional price increases.

Or, put another way, why would it stop at 5/8?

Fundamentally, though, the stock needs to announce some real, verifiable steps to become a reporting company ... and some nice quarterlies would be nice, too.
