Dear JD Main: Seems like a sign of weakness on the part of dell. Look at the disparity in PE's. Is DELL saying that they expect that they will be unable to sustain the revenues/income increases necessary to maintain a PE better than IBM's? I am not sure I believe this deal wil ever happen and if it does DELL holders will not like the deal. JFD
