aj, I do not think that all the foreign companies trading on US markets are subject to our monopoly and other laws (except our securities laws), only companies that do business (interstate commerce) in the US are subject to these laws. If they are attempting this reversal into a US shell but stay a Canadian company (reincorporate the shell in Canada), I think that they will have no problem. Furthermore, it is not the partnership engaging in this activity but only KRT which itself is, unfortunately, not yet a monopoly (VBG).
