FWIW, I have confirmed that a buy-out will take place sometime in the 2nd qtr. this year as Dan stated previously. Now we need to find out the details and how this will effect the shareholders of agcr. Any help on this Mr. Block would be appreciated. Looks like Tuco gets the award for best scoop!! The cats out of the bag Mr. Block. Please inform the shareholders about this deal. Regards
