Ken, my first take is that this feature will require some kind of tariffing, or otherwise implementation, by the ILEC. What kind of "dip" charge do you think will ensue when a BEL or an SBC makes this feature available? 50c per? *69 costs 75c in some parts.Will users have to do a breakeven analysis to determine if the dips resulting from incoming calls will cost more than a second line? Or maybe I'm entirely off base here? What do you think? I'll have to look at this some more. Frank_C.
