Off Topic: Dave, you do say the nicest things! And I enjoyed reading your retort to the guy on the ATHM thread who questioned AHhaha's English. A scream!

On Topic: I just read an article in the January issue of Sounding Board Mag that has probably influenced my overall outlook on VoIP compression, especially as it relates to latency, packet size, the sampling frequency range, the use of higher bit rates, etc.

The author also makes reference to PacketCable VoIP approaches being considered. I have the hard copy here. Let me see if it's on the web. I think you (all) may enjoy it if you haven't seen it already. Frank_C.
