Lou, congratulations on your trade.

SolutionNet Inc. the much-anticipated SIPOD has a target Sara-IPO trading date for the week of March 22, 1999. I sent an E:Mail to investor relations requesting information on purchasing shares of SolutionNet.

Shareholders of SHAL that owned stock prior to the cut off date for the SolutionNet SIPOD,
will receive some percentage of free SolutionNet stock,
as a dividend based on the number of shares they own of SHAL.

JNUS dividend was 1 share of JNUS for every share of SHAL. Waiting for official information on SolutionNet.

Sara Hallitex and long term SHAL shareholders will receive restricted 144 stock for each future SIPOD, this is the real beauty of Sara Hallitex's business plan.

Even if you don't qualify for the next dividend,
SolutionNet will add value to SHAL.

Check out the WINFIELD CAPITAL CORP 10Q from 12/31/98,
it looks to me, they report the added value of stock appreciation as earnings,
WCAP shareholders, am I reading this right?

$2.95 / share due to stock investment appreciation.
