All this is speculation but I would think DELL is quite safe on this issue. DELL has been doing what they do very well for years now.The extra issue may be the new DELL store beyond computers.

This could get messy because in my opinion (that part is important) WMT has broken a variety of laws via selling below cost until competition is gone in certain markets. This is just a start.

My only point is in my opinion, WMT has played dirty. This litigation could expand into so many areas it will go on until I believe in the AMZN business model <VBG>
