Razor, I have heard of this model and believe I read about it- it has been too long since finance books, but the name rings a bell.

There are certain industries it works better in, I believe, than others. It is important, depending on the industry , how working capital, etc is defined for those industries.

Statistically, makes sense better accuracy the shorter the time frame, since likely the co's have the opportunity to correct (or get funds by .com ing)

On a slightly different topic, I like the "Do Bad Bidders Make Good Targets?" re Market Efficiency.
