#2. BTW: todays low of .32 on NPEC yes that was me. no, no, no, I was the one to get filled.It was not a exit. Still averaging up dee up dee up.. Think about it with the news on LFOC, we may get the $$$ from Ancon Field, Pacoa Field and The Gas Plant. Also there will be some
nice people who want LFOC, yet want NPEC for more coverage of LFOC and were off to the Party.

#4. I know of a rumor that LFOC is into a 'BIG' 'DEAL' in Gold down in Chile yet I have not located the site. From what I hear it's a wopper (not the burger)of a site in consolidation with many claims on Gold Mines that have been in opration for some time. Something like the little guy with high grade gold property that needs a miner with all of the big equipment to improve production on a profit share basis.

#5.LFOC information was ready for News Rls. so we should see all the company info starting on Wensday. The price of Copper went to $1.09679 today and it looks like it will stay strong above that mark for some time.

We have a way here with LFOC and NPEC and MXR all comming into a lot of cash fast.How funny you should ask, when the drill program that is scheduled for around end of march/april,starts there may be more intrest by P. Dodge, or Escondida to buy a proven hill of copper. The program will IMO start a bid war about July97' as it will take that time to finish the report and open bids would start at 1 billion for the hill. The way the thing works out it can go up very fast with the % of the dirll program going from 2% to say 2.5 or 3% copper. Well we will know soon as the equipment arives. Looking forward to the next program and property that can be purchased with all the liquid cash. Hell they may even pay a one time dividend to the stockholders. I think it would be sold as it would take a 1/2 of a billion to develop the mine and why do all the work when you can have a royalty check and up front cash. Well look for the news!
