Scrapps,

I'm not pushing it. It's the ONLY analysis that I've yet found on the details of the deal.

For that reason alone, it's pertinent to better assessing just what today's news signifies.

It's all fine and dandy to cheerlead and pat ourselves on the back for being so fortunate to find our fortunes increased as a result of this financing. However, it's nice to know what PA's cost basis was for his position and how that currently values GNET vis-a-vis its bigger, more established competition.

I realize you have a hard-on for Bill, but his opinion is as pertinent to understanding this company as anyone else's.

Regards,

Ron
