Hi Max,
This was an subject of unnecessary concern the last time BJCT traded down here. I actually don't know the requirements to remain on NASDAQ. Maybe Marc Kahn can help. He will read this and answer as soon as he does, I'm certain. One thing I do know. This is very difficult, but hardly impossible, to deal with. From the conversations I've had with investors and with people at BJCT, this is a temporary situation and it should be remedied with the first piece of positive news.
