Ron, Dennis: Can either of you gentlemen say "Helms-Burton"? Even if the Golden Hill property is not currently claimed by Cuban-Americans, just the thought of having to defend yourself against such a possibility might scare a lot of potential investors off.... This is not to say that MIY should be scared of Uncle Sam, just that finding additional capital or investors for this project might get tricky. Just MHO.
