PRFM stock continued to drift below 4 after the announcement with the realization that no underwriters would be interested.

I can't take it any more. I closed my last lingering position at close that I had kept just for laughs, just to see how low it could go. I know there are a few small time PRFM shorts remaining here. To any left I say: "Last one out, turn out the lights!"   :-)
