Xoom.com (XMCM) pulled out of the PaineWebber conference. Chair Chris Kitze had been scheduled to speak. Executives from the community site were not immediately available for comment. Yet one analyst, who asked not to be named, is expecting Xoom.com to file for a secondary soon with Bear Stearns as the lead underwriter.

Verio (VRIO) said it's progressing on the integration of its 50 ISPs across the country. "We are 50 to 60 percent there with another three to four months to get all our systems homogenized which will then dramatically reduce costs," said Chief Financial Officer Peter Fritzinger..."
