It seems that you did a COMBO: instead of ordering two transactions, i.e. buying back the March CC, and selling April CC, (where if you put a limit price of each transaction, you might end up with only one transaction execute) you told them that you want a Combo with a net debit or net credit which if the combo is executed, both buying ans selling are executed. In combo commission is charged on each transaction.
