Can someone confirm this info. I am half-asleep and might have made a mistake

Worldgate (from the S-1)

Each share of our Series A Preferred Stock will convert into one and one-third shares of our common stock, each share of our Series B Preferred Stock will convert into two-thirds of a share of our common stock and each share of our Series C Preferred Stock will convert into two-thirds of a share of our common stock

I think (not sure) WCAP owns series C

MPath Interactive (from the S-1)

Each share of Series E preferred stock is convertible at the option of the holder into one share of common stock. All preferred shares will automatically convert into common stock upon the earlier of the closing of an underwritten public offering of common stock for not less than $10.80 per share

The preferred stock was issued for 6.60/share

That will make the ratio 6.60/10.80 = 0.611

Juno (from the WCAP press release)

Winfield Capital has purchased about 1.2 million shares of preferred stock of Juno which are convertible, currently on a one for one basis, into shares of common stock of Juno.

Can we get an update of the famous Hua tables

Regards.
Rajiv
