I could see where if one is truly long one might not even have found out yet that there's a trading halt. While I assume that LEAH is proceeding, through counsel, to get the SEC any and all documentation they might desire, I must also assume that they are proceeding aggressively to get the audit completed and the reports out. I still think their biggest potential mistake could be to go back to trading without solid D & T-verified SEC filings. That is important enough that they might even consider a request to extend the freeze.

The weak knees are starting to show up here and on RB. If the stock trades in the current environment, they sell out to the shorts, who skate like Clinton. If the reports are out in the public eye, there's at least a better-then-even chance the shorts get routed.

I still maintain it's a mistake to conclude that LEAH is guilty of any significant wrong-doing just because the SEC halted the stock. It seems to be slowly creeping out that (as I have posted several times) LEAH has been attacked by someone using the SEC as a weapon. A thorough investigation may be the best way to fully establish this.

Those who call their brokers and get the usual horror stories about halted stocks would do well to remember that a lot of halted stocks most likely deserved it, and a broker will say anything he can think of to get you to trade-even if he has to wait a few weeks.
